Construction has started at Casino Woodbine by Jennifer Gould


Construction at Casino Woodbine has begun as foundations for the new gaming and entertainment facility are being poured. The initial ground work is underway for the expansion of Casino Woodbine with a 75,000 square meter complex featuring 5,000 gaming machines, 400 table games, a 5,000 seat multipurpose performance venue, multiple food and beverage offerings, hotels, a spa and retail facilities. Further updates will follow as construction progresses.

The existing Casino Woodbine Casino renovation has been completed and has opened its doors to the public as the project’s temporary gaming floor. Construction for the new casino building and other elements of the entertainment complex will commence in early 2019. Ongoing updates will continue as construction begins.

Currently under construction, the renovation of the existing facility of Great Blue Heron Casino has opened to the public as the new hotel and renovations to the existing facilities continue. The property remains open during renovations and further phases of construction.

228 Wilson Avenue by Jennifer Gould

Construction for 228 Wilson Avenue in Toronto, Ontario is set to commence Summer, 2020. The working drawing phase of the project has recently been completed in anticipation for construction to being in the coming months. We are excited to be working with Verdiroc on a well-located and accessible site to improve the urban condition in this part of North York.

1750 Ellesmere Road by Jennifer Gould


Upon completion of working drawings, construction is set to commence in autumn of 2019. 1750 Ellesmere Road will be one the Toronto’s newest, fully affordable rental housing building featuring 150 residential units within a 13 storey building. In addition to exceeding the Ontario Building Code requirements in terms of the Barrier Free accessibility of the residential units, the project also provides a number of Barrier Free amenities including a multi-purpose room, laundry facilities, lounge areas and outdoor amenity areas.
